Your purchase will be dispatched within two working days of Online-Leds receiving full purchase price and shipping costs for the products purchased.

Your purchase will be delivered by Royal Mail or courier services at our discretion.

Returns & Replacements Procedure

You may return any item purchased for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of delivery. Returns can only be made by first contacting the main store by phone or email and requesting a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference.

If you change your mind, goods may be returned within the 14-day cooling-off period. You may be required to cover the cost of return postage. Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.

Original postage and incurred postage charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged prior to the customer receiving it. There may also be a charge for returning items. Please contact customer services for full details.
